The invention discloses a preparation method of yttrium iron garnet (YIG) powder, which comprises the following steps: preparing YIG xerogel by using yttrium salt, ferric salt and citric acid as raw materials through a sol-gel method; under the conditions that the temperature is 500-1000 DEG C, the rotating speed is 50-120 r/min and the non-reducing atmosphere, the dry gel is subjected to ball milling for 4-24 h, and then YIG powder is obtained; the problems that an existing sintering method for preparing the YIG powder is long in process and high in temperature, and an additive needs to be additionally added to meet the powder purity requirement are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种钇铁石榴石粉体的制备方法,包括:以钇盐、铁盐、柠檬酸为原料,通过溶胶凝胶法制备YIG干凝胶;在温度为500~1000℃、转速为50~120r/min及非还原性气氛下,对所述干凝胶进行球磨4~24h后得到YIG粉体;有效解决现有烧结法制备YIG粉体流程长、温度高、且需额外加入添加剂才能满足粉体纯度要求的问题。
