The invention discloses a preparation method of nano barium titanate for electronic ceramics, which comprises the following steps: adding a dispersing agent into an oxalic acid solution, starting a stirring device and heating; adding the barium chloride solution and the titanium tetrachloride solution into the oxalic acid solution in a parallel flow manner at a constant speed, and controlling the pH value of a reaction system to be 2.0-4.0; and carrying out suction filtration and washing on the reacted mixture, and drying and roasting a filter cake to obtain the nano barium titanate. According to the method, the dispersing agent is introduced into a reaction system, reactants are added at a constant speed in a parallel flow mode, and the reaction is carried out under high-speed stirring, so that agglomeration of particles in the reaction and roasting processes is reduced, and tetragonal phase nano barium titanate with small particles and high dispersion can be prepared.
