Soft soil foundation efficient pre-pressing treatment method based on gas lift combined vacuum
According to the soft soil foundation efficient pre-pressing treatment method and device based on gas lift combined vacuum, gas with certain pressure and flow speed is introduced from the bottom of a drainage plate, so that the gas with positive pressure flows upwards along a plate core of the drainage plate, and water in the plate core is carried upwards out of the drainage plate in the flowing process of the gas. After the water is emptied, the vacuum degree is only transmitted in the gas environment and can be transmitted to the bottom of the plate without attenuation. And only a drain board of a traditional vacuum preloading device system needs to be simply improved. The upper end of the drainage plate is connected with a vacuum pump through a vacuum pipeline, and the lower end of the drainage plate is connected with an air compressor through a pressure gas pipeline. And when the vacuum degree is stabilized between-80 kPa and-90 kPa, the air compressor is intermittently started to inject air, and the stored water in the drainage plate is emptied by using the air lift principle, so that the purposes of promoting drainage and transferring the vacuum pressure to the deep part without attenuation are achieved. The modification difficulty of traditional equipment is low, newly-added equipment is easy to install and maintain, and therefore the method can be widely popularized to various engineering practices.
基于气举联合真空的软土地基高效预压处理方法及装置,从排水板底部通入一定压力和流速的气体,使得正压力的气体沿着排水板板芯向上流动,在其流动过程中将板芯内的水裹挟向上带出排水板。在水排空后,真空度仅在气体环境中传递,可无衰减传至板底。仅需对传统真空预压装置系统的排水板进行简单改进。排水板的顶部和底部各连接一个接头,上端通过真空管路与真空泵相连,下端通过压力气体管路与空气压缩机相连。当真空度稳定在‑80~‑90kPa时,间歇性开启空气压缩机进行注气,应用气举原理清空排水板内的存水,以达到促进排水和真空压力无衰减向深部传递的目的。本发明对传统设备的改装难度低,新增设备也易于安装维护,因此可广泛推广至各个工程实践中。
