The welding framework is mainly composed of angle steel, thin-wall seamless square steel pipes, embedded parts, steel corner fittings and the like. The cabin body large plate comprises a top plate, a rear end plate, a right side plate, a bottom plate, a front end plate, a left side plate, an oxygenation table partition plate and an internal angle profile. The bottom plate is mainly composed of a bottom plate inner skin, a bottom plate outer skin and a PVC foam sandwich plate. The single large plate is mainly composed of a carbon fiber outer skin, a glass fiber inner skin, a PVC foam heat insulation filling material, a PVC hard plate heat insulation bridge, an aluminum alloy square pipe and a glass fiber pipe. According to key technologies such as light weight, high strength, high bearing capacity and global transportation, the light-weight oxygen generation and supply shelter which meets land-sea-air mobile transportation and can be rapidly and flexibly deployed is designed. The main frame of the square cabin is formed by welding the high-strength seamless square steel pipes and the steel corner fittings, and the square cabin has the advantages of being light in weight, high in strength, good in heat preservation performance, resistant to salt spray corrosion and the like.
