The invention discloses an inner top adjustable curved surface type formwork and a using method. The inner top adjustable curved surface type formwork comprises a plurality of vertical wood beams, bamboo and wood rubber plates and a plurality of transverse steel back edges. Each transverse steel back edge is horizontally arranged; a bolt adjusting component is arranged at the crossed position of each transverse steel back ridge and the corresponding vertical wood beam; each bolt adjusting component comprises an adjusting bolt, a fixing nut and a pushing gasket. During use, all the bolt adjusting components are divided into a plurality of groups of first bolt adjusting components and a plurality of groups of second bolt adjusting components according to design requirements; jacking all first bolt adjusting components according to a displacement control table in design requirements; during jacking, jacking is conducted from the middle to the outer side in sequence; and after all the first bolt adjusting components are jacked, all the second bolt adjusting components are tightened. The building formwork can better adapt to curve changes of the special-shaped building, engineering construction is more refined, and the whole shape of the special-shaped building achieves a better overall effect.
