The invention discloses a curved surface template supporting system and method for installing a curved surface template by adopting the same. The template supporting system comprises a supporting frame located on one side of the template. At least one adjusting pipe for controlling the radian of a template curved surface is installed at the position, where a transverse pipe intersects with a vertical pipe, on one side of the supporting frame. The tail end of the outer side of each adjusting pipe makes contact with the template. The adjusting pipes are arranged in an inclined mode relative to the vertical pipe. A telescopic jacking device for adjusting the length of an inclined rod is installed at the tail end of the outer side of each adjusting pipe. The method for installing the curved surface template comprises the following steps that the BIM technology is applied for analyzing the template curved surface, and the length of each adjusting pipe is calculated on the basis of the Pythagorean theorem; the supporting frame is erected, and the adjusting pipes and the jacking devices are installed; the supporting system is reinforced; the template is laid. According to the obtained curved surface template supporting system and the method for installing the curved surface template by adopting the supporting system, the phenomenon that the template deforms in the curved surface template laying process can be avoided, and the stability of the supporting system is good.
