The treatment method comprises the following steps that S1, lifting suspension points are arranged at the lower chord positions of at least two corners of a welding ball net rack; s2, the lifting suspension points are connected with welding balls corresponding to the welding ball net racks through lifting temporary rods; s3, when one end of the diagonal web member is welded to the welding ball where the lifting temporary rod is located, a through opening is formed in the diagonal web member so that the diagonal web member and the lifting temporary rod can be welded together conveniently; s4, the welding ball net rack is lifted to the preset height through the lifting point, one end of a gear filling rod piece is welded to the welding ball where the temporary lifting rod is located, and a through opening is formed in the gear filling rod piece so that the gear filling rod piece and the temporary lifting rod can be welded together conveniently; and S5, the position, away from the welding ball by the preset length, of the temporary lifting rod is cut off. According to the processing method for welding ball net rack lifting interference, stress of the diagonal web members and the gear filling rod pieces is not affected, the connecting joints are reinforced, operation is easy, and safety and reliability in the welding ball net rack lifting process are guaranteed.
