The invention provides a grafting modification method of basalt fibers, and relates to the technical field of basalt fiber modification. Comprising the following steps: etching basalt fibers to obtain etched basalt fibers; mixing the graft turbid liquid with a silane coupling agent solution to obtain a modified solution; a graft in the graft turbid liquid comprises nano attapulgite or nano silicon dioxide; and mixing the obtained etched basalt fiber with the obtained modified solution, and carrying out a grafting reaction to obtain the grafted basalt fiber. The grafted basalt fiber obtained by adopting the grafting modification method provided by the invention has high oil absorption rate.
本发明提供了一种玄武岩纤维的接枝改性方法,涉及玄武岩纤维改性技术领域。包括以下步骤:将玄武岩纤维进行刻蚀,得到刻蚀玄武岩纤维;将接枝物悬浊液与硅烷偶联剂溶液混合,得到改性溶液;所述接枝物悬浊液中接枝物包括纳米凹凸棒土或纳米二氧化硅;将得到的刻蚀玄武岩纤维与得到的改性溶液混合后进行接枝反应,得到接枝玄武岩纤维。采用本发明提供的接枝改性方法得到的接枝玄武岩纤维具有高吸油率。
