The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to solid waste composite foam concrete and a preparation method thereof.The solid waste composite foam concrete is prepared from, by weight, 200-300 parts of cement, 100-200 parts of residual concrete slurry, 200-250 parts of recycled aggregate, 8-45 parts of mirabilite, 15-30 parts of water reducing agent, 15-20 parts of foaming agent and 90-120 parts of water. According to the solid waste composite foam concrete provided by the invention, by doping mirabilite, the early hydration process of the foam concrete is accelerated and propelled, so that the foam concrete with low cement consumption can obtain relatively high compressive strength; according to the method, the compressive strength of the foam concrete is improved, so that the residual concrete slurry and the recycled aggregate are compounded, and the solid waste resources are recycled.
