In order to improve the strength and wear resistance of the aluminum veneer, the wear-resistant polyurethane emulsion with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant functions is prepared, nano silicon dioxide is introduced into the wear-resistant polyurethane emulsion to serve as a reinforcing material, the nano silicon dioxide is modified, and fluorine and aldimine groups are introduced to the surface of the nano silicon dioxide, so that the wear resistance of the aluminum veneer is improved. The compatibility and the crosslinking property of the nano silicon dioxide and the polyurethane are improved; the wear resistance of a coating formed by drying the wear-resistant polyurethane emulsion is improved; therefore, direct contact between the aluminum single plate blank body and the outside is avoided, abrasion and corrosion of the aluminum single plate caused by the external environment are avoided, the use performance of the aluminum single plate is improved, and the durability of the coating outdoors is kept.
