Water-passing roadbed reinforcing structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the field of highway engineering construction, and discloses a water-passing roadbed reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof. When the roadbed is constructed, the roadbed is constructed in a layered mode, the asphalt hemp rope meshes are arranged between every two layers of the roadbed, the asphalt hemp ropes are used for connecting the asphalt hemp rope meshes into a whole, and therefore a three-dimensional latticed structure is formed in the filled roadbed. Paving asphalt hemp rope meshes on the whole slope surfaces on the two sides of the roadbed, and fixing the asphalt hemp rope meshes on the slope surfaces by using anchor rods; and concrete is sprayed on the whole slope surfaces on the two sides of the roadbed for slope protection, so that the asphalt hemp rope meshes are completely wrapped by the concrete. The three-dimensional latticed structure is fixed on a roadbed through anchor rods; meanwhile, roadbed filler consolidation is conducted in the horizontal direction, the vertical direction and the slope position, roadbed filler is consolidated in the lattices (the lattices formed by the asphalt hemp ropes) one by one, the problems of settlement, landslide, cracking and the like of the roadbed filler are solved, the integrity of the water-passing roadbed is improved, and the filling quality of the roadbed is improved.
本发明涉及公路工程施工领域,公开了一种过水路基加固结构及其施工方法。在施工路基时,通过将路基分层施工,在每层路基之间设置沥青麻绳网片,并用沥青麻绳将各层沥青麻绳网片连接成一个整体,从而在填筑的路基中构成一个立体网格状结构。在路基两侧的整个坡面满摊铺沥青麻绳网片,并用锚杆固定在坡面上;并在路基两侧的整个坡面上喷射混凝土护坡,使混凝土完全包裹住沥青麻绳网片。并且由锚杆将立体网格状结构固定在路基上;同时从水平和垂直两个方向以及边坡位置进行路基填料固结,将路基填料固结在一个个格子内(由沥青麻绳构成的格子),减少路基填料沉降、滑坡、开裂等问题,提高过水路基整体性,加强路基的填筑质量。
