Construction method of pressure-resistant asphalt pavement
The invention discloses a construction method of a pressure-resistant asphalt pavement. The construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, excavating two grooves which are parallel to each other at an interval in the extension direction of a road on two sides of a roadbed; secondly, a reinforcing steel bar net rack is woven and placed in the groove, the reinforcing steel bar net rack partially extends out of the groove upwards, and a pouring formwork is erected outside the extending part; thirdly, concrete is poured into the groove and the pouring formwork, a reinforced concrete road shoulder is formed after solidification, a part of the road shoulder is embedded into the groove, and a part of the road shoulder extends out of the groove upwards; fourthly, steel bars are pre-tensioned at the bottoms of the two road shoulders which are spaced in parallel in a spaced mode, so that the two road shoulders can bear tensioning force or pushing force towards the two sides; the integration of the asphalt pavement is promoted in a manner of digging the groove and pouring the concrete reinforcement road shoulder to be matched with the pre-tensioning reinforcement, so that the overall structural strength of the asphalt pavement is improved; the road shoulders and the pre-tensioning steel bars form a pre-stress frame body, large outward expansion thrust can be borne, a stronger compaction mode can be used, and therefore all layers of road surfaces are more compact.
本发明公开了一种耐压沥青路面施工方法,步骤一、在路基两侧沿公路延伸方向开挖相互平行间距的两沟槽;步骤二、编织钢筋网架,置入沟槽内,钢筋网架部分向上伸出沟槽外,在伸出部分外搭设浇筑模板;步骤三、向沟槽和浇筑模板内浇筑混凝土,凝固后形成钢筋混凝土路肩,路肩部分嵌入沟槽内,部分向上伸出沟槽外;步骤四、在相互平行间距的两路肩底部间距预拉钢筋,使两路肩之间可承受向两边的张拉力或推力;利用开挖沟槽,浇筑混凝土钢筋路肩配合预拉钢筋的方式,促进沥青路面的一体化,从而提高其整体的结构强度;路肩与预拉钢筋构成了预应力框体,能够承受较大的向外扩张推力,能够使用更强力的压实方式,从而使各层路面更加紧实。
