The invention provides a prestressed steel strand bundle penetrating device and method. The prestressed steel strand bundle penetrating device comprises a steel strand fixing and conveying device, a steel strand dredging device and a guiding head. The steel strand fixing and conveying device comprises a transversely-arranged fixing cylinder and a steel strand single body conveying mechanism arranged on the periphery of one end of the fixing cylinder and/or in the middle of the fixing cylinder. The single steel strand conveying mechanism comprises a supporting clamping plate, a driving wheel and a driven wheel; the driving wheel is connected with an electric mechanism for driving the driving wheel to rotate; the steel strand dredger comprises a dredger main body arranged at the other end of the fixed cylinder and a steel strand through hole transversely formed in the dredger main body in a penetrating manner; the guide head is in a bullet shape and can penetrate into a corrugated pipe of a reinforced concrete component. By means of the steel strand pulling device, the problems that in the prior art, a steel strand pulling mode that a steel strand pulling machine penetrates through a corrugated pipe in a single-line mode and multiple times of threading is adopted to form a steel strand bundle in the corrugated pipe is low in efficiency and long in construction period, and wire breaking or even wire breaking is prone to occurring can be solved.
本发明提供一种预应力钢绞线束穿束装置及穿束方法,包括钢绞线固定输送装置、钢绞线疏导器和导向头;钢绞线固定输送装置包括横向设置的固定筒和设置在固定筒的一端的外周和/或中部的钢绞线单体输送机构;钢绞线单体输送机构包括支撑夹板、主动轮和从动轮;在主动轮上连接有带动主动轮转动的电动机构;钢绞线疏导器包括设置在固定筒的另一端的疏导器主体和横向穿设在疏导器主体上的钢绞线通孔;导向头呈子弹状,导向头能够穿入钢筋砼构件的波纹管内。利用本发明能够解决现有技术中采用钢绞线穿束机单线穿过波纹管,多次穿线在波纹管内形成钢绞线束的穿束方式存在效率低、工期长、以及易出现“断丝”甚至“断线”等问题。
