Prestressed steel strand combing and penetrating traction head
The invention provides a prestressed steel strand combing and penetrating traction head which comprises a traction head body, a steel strand fixing plate and wedge-shaped blocks. The traction head body comprises a front-end spherical head and a rear-end hollow cylinder, the axis of the spherical head is provided with a penetrating traction hole, an inner hole of the hollow cylinder is a taper hole, and the small end of the taper hole is connected with the traction hole; the side wall of the rear end of the traction head body is provided with threaded holes, the steel strand fixing plate is provided with positioning holes of which the number is the same as the strand number of prestressed steel strands, and the wedge-shaped blocks are filled in gaps between the traction head body and the steel strand fixing plate and fixedly connected to the traction head body through screws. The prestressed steel strand combing and penetrating traction head has the advantages that through the limit of the steel strand fixing plate, steel strand twining is avoided, and the phenomenon that the steel strands are stresses evenly when the steel strands are tensioned due to improper strand penetrating is avoided; the structure is simple, assembly and maintenance are convenient, the component stability in work is improved, and even if the steel strands penetrate through a corrugated pipe, the relative positions of the steel strands still can be kept.
