The invention relates to a pipe pile post-grouting device for blocking a pipe pile through an air bag and a grouting method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering grouting. The device comprises a prestressed pipe pile, a drill rod and the air bag, the drill rod is arranged in the prestressed pipe pile, a drill bit is arranged at the bottom end of the drill rod, and a drill rod grouting hole is formed in the bottom of the drill rod. The air bag is arranged outside the drill rod, the top of the air bag is connected with a high-pressure air pipe, the end of the high-pressure air pipe is connected with inflation equipment, and the air bag can block a gap between the drill rod and the inner wall of the prestressed pipe pile in an expansion state, so that grouting slurry is prevented from continuing to move upwards. When grouting is conducted in the drill rod, grout rises to the position of the air bag and is blocked by the air bag, the situation that the grout overflows the ground to pollute the environment is prevented, and when the grout is blocked, along with increase of grouting pressure, the grout cannot flow upwards and can only be forced to permeate into a lower stratum gap and a lateral stratum gap, and a better grouting effect can be achieved.
