The invention discloses a composite reinforcing device and method for a concrete structure. The composite reinforcing device comprises an anchoring assembly and fiber woven mesh reinforced concrete which are both fixed to the surface of the concrete structure. The fiber woven mesh reinforced concrete comprises a fiber mesh and a concrete matrix, the reinforcing method comprises the steps that the fiber grid is wound on the slotted plate in a specific mode and fixed to the surface of the position, to be reinforced, of the concrete structure through bolts, and the concrete base body is poured so that the concrete base body and the fiber grid can be combined and solidified into a whole. The fiber woven mesh reinforced concrete plate which is self-locked and anchored by the slotted plate is used for reinforcing the concrete structure, so that the effects of good interface bonding effect of a reinforcing material and the reinforced structure, difficulty in stripping, good reinforcing effect and long service life can be achieved; construction is easy and convenient, the size design is flexible, and the influence on the appearance of a reinforced concrete structure is small.

本发明公开了一种混凝土结构复合加固装置及加固方法，复合加固装置包括均固定在混凝土结构表面的锚固组件和纤维编织网增强混凝土；纤维编织网增强混凝土包括纤维网格和混凝土基体；加固方法为通过将纤维网格以特定方式缠绕在开缝板上，并用螺栓固定在所述混凝土结构待加固处表面，浇筑混凝土基体使之与纤维网格结合并固化形成整体。本发明通过使用开缝板自锁锚固后的纤维编织网增强混凝土板对混凝土结构进行加固，能达到加固材料与被加固结构界面结合效果好、不易产生剥离，加固效果好，使用寿命长；不仅施工简便，且尺寸设计灵活，对被加固混凝土结构的外观影响小。
