The invention discloses quick-setting alkali-activated low-calcium silicon-aluminum composite cement without high-temperature maintenance and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of building materials. The composite cement comprises a main component and a function regulating component. Wherein the main components comprise, by mass, (1) 60-75% of a low-calcium silicon-aluminum raw material and (2) 25-40% of an alkaline excitation raw material, and the sum of the mass percentages of the low-calcium silicon-aluminum raw material and the alkaline excitation raw material is 100%. Besides, based on 100% of the mass of the low-calcium silicon-aluminum raw material in the main components, function regulating components are additionally added, and the doping amount of each component is as follows: (1) 2%-8% of a hyperdispersant, (2) 5%-10% of a solubilizer and (3) 1%-10% of a coagulant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding raw materials; and (2) mixing. According to the invention, a high-temperature maintenance link during preparation of the alkali-activated low-calcium silicon-aluminum composite cement is avoided, collaborative development of setting hardening and mechanical properties at room temperature is realized, and the application prospect is wide.
一种无需高温养护的快凝型碱激发低钙硅铝质复合水泥及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料领域。所述复合水泥包括主要组分和功能调控组分。其中主要组分以质量百分比计量如下:(1)低钙硅铝质原料60%‑75%,(2)碱性激发原料25%‑40%,两者之和为100%。另外,按主要组分中低钙硅铝质原料的质量为100%计,额外加入功能调控组分,各组分的掺量分别如下:(1)超分散剂2%‑8%,(2)增溶剂5%‑10%,(3)促凝剂1%‑10%。制备步骤包括:①原材料粉磨和②混料。本发明避免了碱激发低钙硅铝质复合水泥制备时的高温养护环节,实现了室温下凝结硬化与力学性能的协同发展,应用前景广阔。
