Retarding type alkali-activated high-calcium silicon-aluminum composite cement and preparation method thereof
Relating to the field of building materials, the invention provides a delayed coagulation type alkali-activated high-calcium silicon-aluminum composite cement and a preparation method thereof. The delayed coagulation type alkali-activated high-calcium silicon-aluminum composite cement comprises a main component and a function regulating component. Wherein the main components comprise the following components in percentage by mass: (1) 55-80% of a high-calcium silicon-aluminum raw material and (2) 20-45% of an alkaline excitation raw material, and the sum of the two components is 100%. Besides, based on 100% of the mass of the high-calcium silicon-aluminum raw material in the main components, function regulation and control components are additionally added, and the doping amounts of the components are as follows: (1) 2-8% of a slow release agent, (2) 4-12% of a temperature rise inhibitor and (3) 2-10% of an anticoagulant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding raw materials; and (2) mixing. Effective regulation and control of the setting time of the alkali-activated high-calcium silicon-aluminum composite cement and collaborative development of the strength are realized, and the alkali-activated high-calcium silicon-aluminum composite cement has a wide application prospect.
一种缓凝型碱激发高钙硅铝质复合水泥及其制备方法涉及建筑材料领域。所述缓凝型碱激发高钙硅铝质复合水泥包括主要组分和功能调控组分。其中主要组分以质量百分比计量如下:(1)高钙硅铝质原料55%‑80%,(2)碱性激发原料20%‑45%,两者之和为100%。另外,按主要组分中高钙硅铝质原料的质量为100%计,额外加入功能调控组分,各组分的掺量分别如下:(1)缓释剂2%‑8%,(2)温升抑制剂4%‑12%,(3)抗凝剂2%‑10%。制备步骤包括:①原材料粉磨和②混料。本发明实现了碱激发高钙硅铝质复合水泥凝结时间的有效调控和强度的协同发展,具有广阔应用前景。
