Comprising a supporting body (4), a wave dissipation body (1) is arranged on the upper portion of the supporting body (4), the wave dissipation body (1) comprises an elastic curtain (5), and rail bases (2) are clamped on the two sides of the bottom of the supporting body (4) respectively.
