The invention relates to a uranium nitride fuel pellet manufacturing method, which comprises: providing UN powder, adding an oxide capable of forming a eutectic liquid phase with UO2 at a temperature of not more than 1800 DEG C to the UN powder as a sintering aid, and pressing to obtain a pellet green body; and carrying out vacuum sintering at 1800-1950 DEG C to obtain the uranium nitride fuel pellet. According to the method, sintering manufacturing of the uranium nitride pellets can be achieved under the normal pressure condition, the machining process is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
一种氮化铀燃料芯块制造方法,包括以下步骤:提供UN粉末,在UN粉末中加入与UO2在不超过1800℃的温度下能够形成共晶液相的氧化物作为烧结助剂,并压制得到芯块生坯;在1800℃‑1950℃下进行真空烧结,得到氮化铀燃料芯块。该方法能够在常压条件下实现氮化铀芯块的烧结制造,简化加工流程,降低制造成本。
