The invention discloses an intelligent track fastener inspection and maintenance system and method based on a robot. Fastener inspection and maintenance are one of daily key work of railway engineering departments. The system comprises a self-walking platform, a positioning detection system module, a control system module, a tightness subsystem module, a rust removal and oil coating subsystem module, a safety protection system and an embedded data processing system. A laser radar positioning technology, a laser ranging technology and a machine vision image recognition technology are combined and utilized, a motion control technology is utilized, intelligent screwing or unscrewing of a fastener bolt which is automatically inspected to be loosened is achieved, and rust removal, oil coating and drying work is conducted on a fastener part which is automatically inspected to be unqualified in surface state; and full automation and intelligentization of track fastener state detection and maintenance are realized.
本发明公开了一种基于机器人的轨道扣件智能巡检养护系统及养护方法。扣件巡检维护是铁路工务部门日常的重点工作之一。本发明包括自行走平台、定位检测系统模块、控制系统模块、松紧子系统模块、除锈涂油子系统模块、安全防护系统和嵌入式数据处理系统。本发明结合利用激光雷达定位技术、激光测距技术和机器视觉图像识别技术，利用运动控制技术，实现对自动巡检到松动的扣件螺栓进行智能拧紧或拧松，以及对自动巡检到表面状态不合格的扣件零部件进行除锈、涂油、烘干作业；实现轨道扣件状态检测和养护维修的全自动化和智能化。
