The invention relates to the technical field of building materials. The invention discloses a high-activity slag composite mineral admixture as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The admixture is prepared from the following raw materials: blast furnace slag, converter slag, electric furnace slag, fly ash, metakaolin, slaked lime, stearic acid surface modified nanoscale calcium carbonate and an exciting agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, respectively drying the raw materials for later use; s2, mixing the metakaolin dried in the step S1 with fly ash, and grinding to obtain a premix; and S3, adding the blast furnace slag, the converter slag, the electric furnace slag, the slaked lime, the stearic acid surface modified nano-scale calcium carbonate and the exciting agent which are dried in the step S1 into the premix, and performing mixing and ball milling to prepare the high-activity slag composite mineral admixture. The invention further discloses application of the admixture in the field of concrete. The high-activity slag composite mineral admixture prepared in the invention has excellent carbonization resistance and mechanical properties.
