The invention relates to the technical field of high-strength flow-state solidified soil, and discloses a preparation method of high-strength flow-state solidified soil, which is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps of: 1) temporarily storing waste slurry formed in a construction process in a storage structure; 2) testing the physical index of the waste slurry, and determining that the specific gravity of the waste slurry is greater than the set specific gravity; 3) pumping the waste slurry into a stirring cavity of a stirrer, adding the regenerated red brick sand and a composite curing agent into the stirring cavity according to a set proportion, and mixing and stirring the waste slurry, the regenerated red brick sand and the composite curing agent for a set time to form high-strength flow-state solidified soil; the high-strength flow-state solidified soil comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-60% of waste mud, 20-50% of regenerated red brick sand and 10-50% of a composite curing agent. Thus, the regenerated red brick sand is used as the aggregate, the problem of low strength is solved, meanwhile, the regenerated red brick sand is high in porosity and high in water absorption rate, a very good water retention effect can be achieved, and the durability of the fluid-state solidified soil can be greatly improved.
本发明涉及高强流态固化土的技术领域,公开了高强流态固化土的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:1)、将施工过程形成的废泥浆置于储存结构中进行临时储存;2)、测试废泥浆的物理指标,确定废泥浆的比重大于设定比重;3)、将废泥浆抽至搅拌机的搅拌腔中,按照设定比例,在搅拌腔中加入再生红砖砂以及复合固化剂,废泥浆、再生红砖砂以及复合固化剂混合搅拌设定时间后,形成高强流态固化土;按照质量组分计,高强流态固化土包括30%~60%废泥浆、20%~50%再生红砖砂以及10%~50%复合固化剂。这样,再生红砖砂做为骨料,解决强度低的问题,同时再生红砖砂孔隙率高,吸水率高,可以起到很好的保水作用,可以极大地提高流态固化土的耐久性。
