Preparation method of high-strength flow-state solidified soil containing granite residual soil
The invention relates to the technical field of granite residual soil, and discloses a preparation method of high-strength flow-state solidified soil containing granite residual soil, which comprises the following preparation steps: 1) preparing the following component materials in percentage by mass: 50 to 70 percent of granite residual soil, 10 to 20 percent of curing agent, 20 to 30 percent of water body and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of water reducing agent; the curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0%-10% of quick lime, 0%-50% of Portland cement, 30%-75% of superfine slag powder, 0%-20% of carbide slag, 0%-50% of fly ash and 5%-20% of desulfurized gypsum; the water reducing agent is a naphthalene water reducing agent or a melamine water reducing agent or a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; and 2) putting the component materials into a stirrer for stirring and mixing to form the slurry-shaped high-strength flow-state solidified soil. Therefore, the high-strength flow-state solidified soil is used for constructing a cushion layer and a brick moulding bed, so that the transportation volume of granite residual soil is reduced, and the engineering cost is reduced.
