Low-temperature-resistant high-strength bed mortar and preparation method thereof
The prepared bed mortar can meet the normal construction requirement under the cold condition as low as-15 DEG C without additional refrigeration or auxiliary heating, and only conventional curing is needed. The mortar has the characteristics of good stability and no shrinkage distortion. The 28-day strength is up to 100 MPa, and the stress can be effectively conducted. The excellent hydratability and plasticity can ensure a sufficient construction time window. When filled at the joint of the upper section and the lower section, due to the micro-expansion characteristic of the filler, the filler can completely cover the connecting surface and provide the maximum bearing area, so that the tight connection between the upper tower drum structure and the lower tower drum structure is ensured. Meanwhile, the mortar is free of water seepage, convenient to use, good in durability and low in chlorine content, a steel structure cannot be corroded after long-term use, and generally, the novel low-temperature-resistant high-strength mortar can effectively improve the construction efficiency of a wind power project and guarantee the long-term operation safety of a wind turbine generator set through various excellent properties while meeting severe low-temperature construction conditions.
