The silicon carbide whisker is modified by using the silane coupling agent to improve the dispersity of the silicon carbide whisker, then nickel-based modification is performed on the basis, and the mechanical strength, toughness and wear resistance of the 95 high alumina ceramic are integrally improved through two times of modification.
