Ultrahigh-temperature ceramic modified C/C composite material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses an ultrahigh-temperature ceramic modified C/C composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of ultrahigh-temperature materials. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining resin slurry, free silicon slurry and ceramic particle slurry; sequentially coating the resin slurry, the free silicon slurry and the ceramic particle slurry on the surface of the carbon cloth to obtain the carbon cloth coated with multiple layers of coatings; and stacking the carbon cloth coated with the multiple layers of coatings into a composite material green body by adopting a binder, and putting the cured composite material green body into a mold to obtain the ultrahigh-temperature ceramic modified C/C composite material. Through introduction of the transition resin layer, damage to the carbon fibers is effectively reduced, and interface bonding is improved.
本发明公开了一种超高温陶瓷改性C/C复合材料及其制备方法和应用,涉及超高温材料技术领域。该方法包括获取树脂料浆、游离硅料浆以及陶瓷颗粒料浆;依次将树脂料浆、游离硅料浆以及陶瓷颗粒料浆涂覆至碳布表面后,得到多层涂层涂覆的碳布;采用粘结剂将多层涂层涂覆的碳布叠成复合材料坯体,将固化处理后的复合材料坯体放入模具后,即得超高温陶瓷改性C/C复合材料。本发明通过过渡树脂层的引入有效地减少了碳纤维的损伤,并提升了界面结合。
