The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphite crucible composite coating for a pushed slab kiln, which comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding monocrystalline silicon powder and an inorganic binder, and then mixing with an organic binder to prepare slurry; spraying the slurry on the surface of an unfired graphite crucible to form a coating with a predetermined thickness; drying the graphite crucible with the coating at normal temperature; and putting the dried crucible into a pushed slab kiln for smelting a vanadium-nitrogen alloy, and firing at a preset temperature in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain the graphite crucible with the composite coating. The composite coating is added to the graphite crucible, so that pulverization of the graphite crucible due to volume expansion caused by permeation of alkali metal elements in the kiln when the graphite crucible is used in the pushed slab kiln is avoided, and meanwhile, the impact resistance of the surface of the crucible is also improved.
本发明公开了一种推板窑用石墨坩埚复合涂层的制备方法,包括:将单晶硅粉和无机粘结剂进行混磨,再与有机粘结剂混合制成浆料;将浆料喷涂到未经烧制的石墨坩埚表面形成预定厚度的涂层;将带涂层的石墨坩埚在常温下干燥;将干燥后的坩埚放入冶炼钒氮合金的推板窑中,在预定温度、氮气气氛烧制,制得具备复合涂层的石墨坩埚。本发明通过为石墨坩埚添加复合涂层,避免石墨坩埚在推板窑内使用时受窑内碱金属元素渗透体积膨胀而粉化,同时也提高了坩埚表面的耐冲击性能。
