The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt pavement construction, in particular to an asphalt pavement construction process which comprises the following steps: step 1, two-layer paving construction: paving by using a hot-mixed AC-20 asphalt mixture as a bottom material and paving by using a hot-mixed AC-130 asphalt mixture as a surface material by using two pavers respectively, and paving to form a general oil surface layer, the total paving thickness of the bottom material and the surface material is 3 cm, the paving thickness is adjusted, the ratio of the paving thickness to the maximum particle size of the aggregate is 1: 1, the compression ratio is 0, and the material temperature is 125 DEG C or above after two layers of paving are completed; and 2, primary rolling construction is conducted, specifically, after paving is completed, primary rolling is conducted through a tire initial pressing technology, and the whole process of initial pressing, re-pressing and final pressing can be completed. According to the invention, the construction efficiency is improved, the energy is saved, the material cost is reduced, the generation of ruts on the pavement is thoroughly blocked, the transverse displacement of the pavement is eliminated, and the quality of the asphalt pavement is also improved.
本发明涉及沥青路面施工技术领域,尤其涉及沥青路面施工工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一:两层摊铺施工,两台摊铺机分别以经过热拌的AC‑20沥青混合料作为底料摊铺,以经过热拌的AC‑130沥青混合料作为面料摊铺,摊铺形成的通称油面面层,底料与面料的摊铺总厚度为3厘米,其中,调整摊铺厚度并使得摊铺厚度与集料最大粒径比为1:1,压缩比为0,在两层摊铺都完成后,料温均在125℃以上;步骤二:一次碾压施工,摊铺完毕后,采用轮胎初压工艺进行一次碾压,即可完成初压、复压、终压整个过程。本发明提高了施工效率,节约了能源,降低了材料成本,彻底阻断了路面车辙的产生,消除了路面横向推移,并且还提高了沥青路面的质量。
