The invention discloses an anti-scour device for a pile foundation of an offshore wind generating set. The anti-scour device comprises a hood, a detection mechanism and a filling mechanism. The machine cover is provided with a center through hole, the center through hole is used for being connected to a foundation pile in a sleeving mode, and the lower edge of the machine cover is used for being inserted into fixing materials on the periphery of the foundation pile. The detection mechanism is used for being embedded in the fixed material, and when the fixed material is scoured until the detection mechanism is exposed, the detection mechanism is further used for generating a filling signal; and the filling mechanism is used for adding a filling material to the periphery of the foundation pile when receiving the filling signal. The machine cover is connected outside the foundation pile in a sleeving mode and fixed to peripheral materials, the foundation pile can be prevented from being damaged, scouring of seawater to the materials is reduced, the detection mechanism is used for detecting the scouring condition of the materials, corresponding filling signals are generated, the periphery of the foundation pile is filled with the materials through the filling mechanism, the scoured materials are repaired in time, and the service life of the foundation pile is prolonged. And the stability of the foundation pile is ensured.
