According to the anchor cable grouting system, grouting is conducted in an anchor cable hole through two grouting pipes, and the two grouting pipes alternately communicate with a control valve assembly to achieve secondary grouting; the control valve assembly comprises a valve body, a driving piece, a valve ball, a valve pipe, a flange, a connecting pipe, a buffer box and a connecting piece, the valve ball is arranged in the valve body, the driving piece drives the valve ball to rotate to achieve opening and closing, the valve body is connected with the valve pipe, the valve pipe is connected to the connecting pipe through the flange, and the connecting pipe comprises a valve upstream connecting pipe and a valve downstream connecting pipe.
