The invention provides a large equipment foundation bolt mounting device and method. The mounting device comprises foundation bolts, a bolt set frame and a foundation support. Wherein the foundation bracket is arranged below the bolt group frame; the bolt set frame and the foundation support are connected with each other through an adjusting mechanism. The groups of foundation bolts are adjusted through cross connecting holes in the connecting positions of the adjusting mechanisms and the tool; in the installation process, the concrete foundation is poured twice, after the foundation support is embedded in the concrete poured once and fixed, the adjusting mechanism and the bolt set frame on the foundation support are installed, and the foundation bolt set can be adjusted conveniently.
