The invention discloses a jacking device and a vertical in-situ jacking method, and the jacking device comprises a counter-force platform which is provided with matching parts which are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction; the self-locking mechanism is arranged on the counter-force platform, the self-locking mechanism comprises a clamping part and a jacking bracket, the self-locking mechanism is arranged on the counter-force platform, the clamping part is connected with the matching part, a to-be-jacked structure is horizontally arranged on the jacking bracket, and in the process that the self-locking mechanism moves towards the top face of the counter-force platform, the clamping part can move on the counter-force platform; the jacking bracket realizes longitudinal jacking of the to-be-jacked structure; when the self-locking mechanism stops moving, the clamping part is clamped and fixed with the corresponding matching part; and the jack is arranged on the self-locking mechanism. The jacking device is arranged in the to-be-jacked structure, is not limited by sites, has an operation space outside the structure, does not need to additionally install structures such as a scaffold, and is convenient to use and wide in application range.
本发明公开了一种顶升装置及垂直原位顶升方法,顶升装置包括:反力平台,反力平台设有沿纵向间隔开布置的配合部;自锁机构,自锁机构设在反力平台上,自锁机构包括:卡接部和顶升牛腿,自锁机构设在反力平台上,且卡接部与配合部连接,待顶升结构平置于顶升牛腿上,自锁机构在朝向反力平台顶面方向活动的过程中,卡接部能够在反力平台上活动,顶升牛腿实现待顶升结构在纵向上顶升;在自锁机构活动停止时,卡接部与对应的配合部卡接固定;千斤顶,千斤顶设在自锁机构上。本发明的顶升装置设在待顶升结构内,不受场地限制,具备结构外操作空间,且无需额外安装脚手架等结构,使用方便,适用范围广。
