The invention relates to a hoisting construction method for a distorted large-span steel structure roof truss. The hoisting construction method comprises the following steps: S1, determining three-dimensional coordinates of a steel structure roof truss component; s2, the position of a steel column and the position of an embedded part in a transfer beam are positioned according to a drawing; s3, pouring construction of the transfer beam is conducted; s4, pouring construction of the steel column is conducted; s5, the jig frame components are spliced on the ground, the spliced jig frame components are hoisted and positioned, and the jig frame components are welded and fixed through connecting beams; s6, a first roof truss girder is spliced on the ground, hoisting is started after welding is completed, and the first roof truss girder is hoisted to the jig frame; s7, connecting and fixing between the first roof truss main beam and the steel column are achieved through the oblique beams, and connecting and fixing between the first roof truss main beam and the transfer beam embedded part are achieved through the oblique beams; s8, hoisting a next roof truss main beam, fixedly connecting the next roof truss main beam with a previous roof truss main beam, and hoisting and welding an oblique beam; and S9, the construction in the S8 is repeated in sequence.
