The alginate fibers are arranged in the inorganic flame-retardant plate, it is guaranteed that the plate has a certain moisture absorption function, indoor humidity can be directly relieved, the effect of adjusting the indoor humidity is achieved, meanwhile, the plate has high antibacterial property, the plate is prevented from being corroded by the severe outdoor environment, all the raw materials are fused through the epoxy resin, and the cost is reduced. The functions of high curing speed, high electrical insulation property, high corrosion resistance and high environment resistance are realized.
