Method for erecting catwalk bearing cable synchronously constructed along with rotation of steel bridge tower
The invention relates to a catwalk bearing cable erection method synchronously constructed along with rotation of a steel bridge tower, which comprises the following steps of: arranging an assembly jig frame on a bridge floor of a suspension bridge to complete assembly of movable sections of tower columns of the steel bridge tower; mounting a steel bridge tower vertical rotating system; catwalk bearing cables are installed; a vertical rotation system traction cable is tensioned, the tower column movable section starts to vertically rotate, the assembly jig frame is disassembled, along with vertical rotation of the tower column movable section, the first catwalk bearing cable disc is continuously tightened reversely, the second catwalk bearing cable disc is continuously released, and overall aerial erection of the catwalk bearing cable is achieved; the tower column movable section vertically rotates in place, the tower column movable section and the tower column fixed section on the upper side and the lower side of the rotating hinge structure are welded, the rotating hinge structure is cut off, and the steel bridge tower vertical rotating system is dismantled; preliminarily adjusting the length of the catwalk bearing cable; and the length of the catwalk bearing cable is adjusted for the second time. The multiple bearing cables can be erected at the same time, a traditional reciprocating traction system does not need to be adopted, the construction efficiency is high, and economic benefits are good.
本发明是一种随钢桥塔转体同步施工的猫道承重索架设方法,包括以下步骤:在悬索桥桥面设置拼装胎架,完成钢桥塔的塔柱活动段拼装;安装钢桥塔竖转系统;安装猫道承重索;张拉竖转系统牵引索,使塔柱活动段开始竖向转体,拆除拼装胎架,随着塔柱活动段的竖向转体,不断反向收紧第一猫道承重索索盘,不断释放第二猫道承重索索盘,实现猫道承重索的整体空中架设;塔柱活动段竖向转体到位,焊接转铰结构上下两侧的塔柱活动段和塔柱固定段,割除转铰结构,并拆除钢桥塔竖转系统;进行猫道承重索长度的初步调整;进行猫道承重索长度的第二次调整。本发明多根承重索可以同时架设,不必采用传统的往复式牵引系统,施工效率高,经济效益好。
