The invention relates to the technical field of curing agents, and discloses a fiber reinforced composite curing agent preparation method, which comprises: uniformly mixing cement, mineral powder, fly ash and gypsum, bagging to form a powder material, and individually bagging and storing plastic short fibers; mixing the powder with a water body to form slurry, mixing plastic short fibers with a dispersing agent, adding the mixture into the water body, and performing soaking and stirring for a set time to form a fiber solution; and mixing and stirring the fiber solution and the powder to form the fiber reinforced curing agent. Therefore, the fiber reinforced curing agent is used for being mixed with slurry to form cured soil, the formula adopts mineral powder and fly ash, the hydration heat ratio is low, most of formed gaps are smaller than cement, the adhesion force of a hydration product is higher, and the strength of the formed cured soil is higher; the plastic short fibers are also doped, and the disorderly distributed plastic short fibers can effectively hinder the expansion of micro-cracks and the formation of macro-cracks in the solidified soil, so that the tensile property, the bending resistance, the impact resistance and the fatigue resistance of the solidified soil are remarkably improved.
本发明涉及固化剂的技术领域,公开了纤维加筋复合固化剂配置方法,包括将水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰、石膏混合均匀装袋,形成粉料,将塑料短纤维单独装袋保存;将粉料与水体混合形成浆液,将塑料短纤维与分散剂混合后,并加入水体进行浸泡搅拌设定时间,形成纤维溶液;将纤维溶液与粉料进行混合搅拌,形成纤维加筋固化剂。这样,纤维加筋固化剂用于与泥浆混合,即可形成固化土,配方采用矿粉、粉煤灰,水化热比较低,形成的的空隙大多数都小于水泥,水化产物粘结力也更强,形成固化土强度更高;还掺入塑料短纤维,这些乱向分布的塑料短纤维能够有效地阻碍固化土内部微裂缝的扩展及宏观裂缝的形成,显著地改善了固化土的抗拉、抗弯、抗冲击及抗疲劳性能。
