The invention relates to the technical field of sludge reinforcement, and discloses a preparation method of a fiber reinforced composite curing agent for sludge reinforcement, which comprises the following preparation steps: 1) respectively airing and drying carbide slag and desulfurized gypsum; 2) grinding and mixing the dried carbide slag and desulfurized gypsum to form a ground material; 3) stirring and mixing the ground material with slag, fly ash and glass fiber to form a fiber reinforced composite curing agent; the glass fibers are randomly interspersed in the solidified soil to form a three-dimensional network after being doped into the sludge, and deformation and damage of the soil body are hindered or delayed through the excellent tensile and pulling resistance of the glass fibers; when the soil body deforms under the action of external force, the glass fibers prevent the development and extension of cracks and enhance the deformation resistance of the soil body by exerting the interface friction force, so that the failure mode is changed, and the problem of brittle failure of the sludge solidified soil is solved.
