The invention provides aluminum oxide ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The aluminum oxide ceramic comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: an aluminum oxide self-stabilizing system and a zirconium oxide self-stabilizing system, the aluminum oxide self-stabilizing system comprises 70-90 parts of aluminum oxide and 1-2 parts of stearic acid, and the zirconium oxide self-stabilizing system comprises 10-30 parts of yttrium-stabilized nano zirconium oxide, 1-2 parts of stearic acid and 1-2 parts of polyvinyl alcohol; wherein the median particle size of the aluminum oxide is 0.1-0.25 [mu] m, and the median particle size of the yttrium-stabilized nano zirconium oxide is 10-50 nm. Through reasonable compatibility of the components, aluminum oxide and yttrium-stabilized nano zirconium oxide with specific particle sizes are selected and matched with other raw materials, and the obtained aluminum oxide ceramic has relatively high density, hardness and fracture toughness and is particularly suitable for preparing packaging elements of medical instruments, biological ceramics or semiconductor devices.
本发明提供了一种氧化铝陶瓷及其制备方法与应用。该氧化铝陶瓷,按照质量份数计,其原料包括:氧化铝自稳定体系及氧化锆自稳定体系;氧化铝自稳定体系包括70份~90份氧化铝和1份~2份硬脂酸,氧化锆自稳定体系包括10份~30份钇稳定纳米氧化锆、1份~2份硬脂酸及1份~2份聚乙烯醇;其中氧化铝的中值粒径为0.1μm~0.25μm,钇稳定纳米氧化锆的中值粒径为10nm~50nm。通过组分的合理配伍,选择特定粒径的氧化铝和钇稳定纳米氧化锆,与其他原料配合,得到的氧化铝陶瓷具有较高的致密度、硬度及断裂韧性,尤其适用于制备医疗器械、生物陶瓷或半导体器件封装元件。
