The invention discloses an aluminum oxide ceramic and a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method of the aluminum oxide ceramic comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials according to a ratio based on the water content of aluminum oxide raw powder; (2) performing slurry preparation through first-time ball milling and second-time ball milling to obtain mixed slurry; (3) carrying out granulation on the mixed slurry subjected to pH value adjustment, and carrying out dry molding to obtain an alumina ceramic green body; and (4) machining the alumina ceramic green body obtained in the step (3) into a designed shape, then transferring the alumina ceramic green body into a high-temperature sintering furnace for sintering, and cooling the alumina ceramic green body along with the furnace to obtain the alumina ceramic. According to the invention, the alumina ceramic is prepared by matching dry forming and sintering processes, so that the alumina ceramic product has good ceramic body density and breaking strength, thereby ensuring the quality of the alumina ceramic product.
本发明公开一种氧化铝陶瓷及其制备方法与应用，本发明提供的一种氧化铝陶瓷的制备方法，包括步骤如下：(1)基于氧化铝原粉的含水率按配比准备原料；(2)通过第一次球磨和第二次球磨进行浆料配置得到混合浆料；(3)将PH值调整后的混合浆料进行造粒、干法成型后得到氧化铝陶瓷生坯；(4)将步骤(3)中得到的氧化铝陶瓷生坯通过机加工成设计形状，然后转移到高温烧结炉中进行烧结，随炉冷却后得到氧化铝陶瓷。本发明利用干法成型和烧结工艺配合制备氧化铝陶瓷，实现了氧化铝陶瓷产品具备良好的瓷体密度和和抗折强度，从而保证了氧化铝陶瓷产品质量。
