The carbon black is added to increase the density and hardness of the refractory brick, gaps of the refractory brick are filled, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the refractory brick are improved, the carbon black has good heat conduction performance, the heat conduction efficiency of the refractory brick is improved, meanwhile, the carbon black can stably exist at high temperature, the high temperature resistance of the refractory material can be improved, and the service life of the refractory brick is prolonged. The compressive strength of the refractory brick can be improved by increasing the pressure during pressure forming of the mixture, and the compressive strength and quality of the refractory brick can be improved under long-time heat preservation by prolonging the heat preservation time, namely, the heat preservation time in the resistance furnace is at least 14 h.
