The invention relates to a high-chromium brick. Comprising two brick bodies which are connected with each other, an air inlet, a mounting groove and an air outlet which are arranged between the two brick bodies and are communicated in sequence, a turbulent flow assembly which is arranged in the air inlet and is used for guiding hot air to the inner wall of the air inlet, and a rolling assembly which is rotationally arranged in the air inlet and is matched with the inner wall of the air inlet for rolling dust, the control assembly is arranged between the two brick bodies and used for controlling opening and closing of the air inlet and the air outlet, and the protective sleeve is arranged in the mounting groove and used for preventing the brick bodies from bursting, is of a hollow structure and communicates with the air inlet and the air outlet; the invention further provides a manufacturing process of the high-chromium brick. The manufacturing process comprises the steps of forming, drying, assembling and firing. The technical problems that an existing high-chromium brick is uneven in heating, prone to fracture or burst and low in safety are solved.
