The ceramic large plate comprises the following components: 30-60 wt% of coal gangue, 10-20 wt% of fly ash, 10-30 wt% of clay and the balance of a sintering aid. The fineness of the coal gangue is 20-300 meshes, and the proportion of particles with the particle size of more than 100 meshes in the coal gangue is not less than 40%, so that the compressive strength of the material can be improved; the weight ratio of the coal gangue to the fly ash to the clay is (40-60): (10-20): (15-25), so that the density of the material can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the thermal shock resistance is improved; and the sintering temperature of 1230-1300 DEG C is used, so that the density of the product is reduced, and the thermal insulation performance of the product can be improved.
