High-strength lightweight building material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength lightweight building material and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength lightweight building material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-30wt% of coal ash, 1-4wt% of an expanding agent, 5-15wt% of acetylene sludge, 6-10wt% of a reinforcing agent, 20-50wt% of quartz powder and 20-50wt% of aluminate cement. The preparation method comprises the steps of pretearting the raw materials and sintering under certain conditions to obtain the high-strength lightweight building material. The obtained building material is low in density and high in strength and conforms to the requirements of modern building materials; in addition, the purposes of energy consumption and emission reduction are achieved.
