The invention provides a long-piled wharf dismantling construction method which comprises the following steps: investigating the current situation of a long-piled wharf to obtain the use condition of the long-piled wharf later; a temporary storage platform and a cutting point location are arranged according to the use condition of the long-piled wharf; according to the sequence that a wharf front edge platform is arranged first and then a rear wharf platform is arranged, platform dismantling is completed through a method of cutting and partitioning through a wire saw and partitioning dismantling; the whole steel pipe pile is pulled out after the platform is dismantled; and the temporary storage platform located on the existing building is dismantled. The old wharf is dismantled in a blocking mode through the rope saw cutting machine, no flying dust is generated in the whole dismantling process, the noise amount is small, and the dismantling efficiency is high. The ancillary facilities, the panels, the longitudinal beams, the cross beams, the pile top components and the pile foundations are sequentially dismantled from top to bottom, the block design is adopted, the dismantling sequence is reasonable, the dismantling safety of the old wharf is ensured, and the problem of dismantling of the old wharf is effectively solved.
本发明提供了高桩码头拆除施工方法,包括以下步骤:高桩码头现状调查,以后的高桩码头的使用情况;根据高桩码头的使用情况,设置临时存放平台以及切割点位;按照先码头前沿平台,再后方码头平台的顺序,选用通过绳锯切割分块和分块拆除的方法完成平台拆除;并在平台拆除后整根拔出钢管桩;位于既有建筑上的临时存放平台的拆除。本发明采用绳锯切割机分块拆除老码头,整个拆除过程中无扬尘产生,噪声量小,拆除工效高。从上到下,依次拆除附属设施、面板、纵梁、横梁、桩顶构件、桩基,分块设计、拆除顺序合理,确保老码头拆除的安全性,有效解决了老码头拆除的难题。
