Construction method for dismantling tool column in concrete pouring process of cast-in-place pile
The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place piles, and discloses a construction method for removing a tool column in the concrete pouring process of a cast-in-place pile, comprising a pile hole, and connecting a steel pipe column and the tool column into a column body; the column body is sunk into the pile hole, a lower annular cavity is defined between the steel pipe column and the inner side wall of the pile hole, and an upper annular cavity is defined between the tool column and the inner side wall of the pile hole; a pressure relief hole is formed in the lower part of the tool column; concrete is poured to form a pile body of the cast-in-place pile, the lower annular cavity is filled with gravel, then concrete is poured into the steel pipe cavity, and a steel pipe pile is formed; and the slurry in the tool cavity is pumped out till the height of the slurry in the upper annular cavity and the height of the slurry in the tool cavity are flush with the pressure relief hole horizontally. In the suction process, slurry outside the tool column is synchronously sucked through the pressure relief hole, the water head pressure outside the tool column is effectively reduced, and the phenomenon that the slurry outside the tool column instantly rushes into the tool column when a constructor enters the tool column and disassembles the connection between the tool column and the steel pipe column is avoided.
