The invention discloses a construction technology for dismantling a reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile. The construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, a full-rotation drilling machine is installed; S2, a steel casing is sunk; S3, a cast iron plug pin is installed between the steel casing and a concrete pile; S4, the concrete pile is twisted off; S5, the twisted-off concrete pile is hoisted out; and S6, the steel casing is pulled out, and the full-rotation drilling machine is dismantled. The steel casing and a cast iron plug pin block are adopted to twist off an old bridge concrete pile in a segmented mode, and the twisted-off concrete pile is hoisted out in a segmented mode. Compared with a traditional gravity hammer crushing method, the dismounting efficiency of the concrete pile is effectively improved, meanwhile, the loss of the construction technology to workpieces is small, and the service life of the workpieces can be prolonged.
