The perforated pipe integrates a standby pipe, a negative pressure air pipe, a hydraulic pipe, a negative pressure water pipe, a pressure sensor line pipe, a pressure water pipe, a preparation air pipe, a power line pipe and at least one grouting guide pipe unit. The spiral belt conveying device comprises a shaft type spiral conveying belt and a negative pressure device. Foundation reinforcement construction is conducted, a reamer head cuts a soil body, gravels are crushed through a stone crusher and then enter a shaft type spiral conveying belt to be conveyed to a waste liquid box, a mass tester monitors the amount of discharged mixtures, and the same amount of cement is injected; gravels are crushed into powder through the stone crusher, the situation that the gravels block a channel is avoided, a large amount of soil is conveyed out through the shaft type spiral conveying belt, energy consumption is reduced, and safety is improved.
