The self-drilling type aerated light cement soil MJS device comprises a perforated pipe, an integrated device, a reamer head, a pressure monitoring system, a quality tester and a console, when a foundation is reinforced, a reamer head cuts a soil body and then conveys the soil body to a waste liquid box through a mud discharge pipe, a mass tester measures the pumped soil body and then calculates and injects cement with the same mass, and meanwhile, a pressure sensor uploads detected water and soil pressure data, so that the opening and closing degree of a mud discharge port is controlled; therefore, safe construction of ground layer self-weight stress equivalence and water and soil pressure balance in a reinforced area is achieved, adverse effects caused by sedimentation are reduced to a certain extent, and safe and efficient foundation reinforcement construction is achieved.
