When a submarine cable penetrates through the J-shaped protection pipe for construction, after a seabed below the J-shaped protection pipe is subjected to fluctuating seawater generated by operation to cause displacement, a threaded column and a threaded sleeve are screwed to be subjected to lifting adjustment through jacking force provided by a spring, and a supporting seat fixed to the bottom of a sliding column is stably supported in the seabed all the time; the problem that the bottom of the supporting piece is suspended on the shifted seabed is solved.
